We have the capacity to carry out driven displacement precast reinforced concrete pile foundation including design and construct. We own a fleet of piling frames equipped with new BSP hydraulic hammers as well as a precast reinforced concrete square pile casting factory. We keep high stocks of piles ranging from 150mm to 400mm size. For sufficiently large volume of piles, we are able to cast the piles on site utilising our modular casting operations thereby providing substantial savings to our clients by eliminating the cost of transportation from the factory to the site. 

Raft foundation is another major field of our construction expertise. We have completed a 7,000 cubic meters of concrete pour in one cast for a raft with a thickness of 3.5 meters utilising six concrete pumps, five storey below street level when we were constructing the Menara Maxis. To date we have constructed Pile Raft foundation for seven blocks of 24 storey condominiums. We posssess the skills, technical expertise and the experience to construct raft foundations which ensures performance of the foundation as designed for.

We have constructed many multi level basements and have always completed our works within the required schedule. Our team of Engineers and field personnel have the experience working within the constraint and limitations of various types of soil and we have the necessary experience to recommend the most viable and economical earth retaining structures necessary for a safe, feasible and economical construction below ground.  

We have the equipment, the resources and the experience to build buildings from low rise to high rise developments; covering office blocks, factories, ware houses, residential as well as special purpose built buildings. We approach each and every project with active participation by providing suggestions based on our experience and offering viable choices with our resources. Planning and progress of works are carried out with amalgamation and consideration for all trades and services as a whole unit to ensure minimal disruptions thereby enabling timely completion of works.  

With a fleet of modern plant and equipment as well as backed by a team of highly experienced personnel and sub-contractors, we are proud to have built two major shopping and retail complexes in Malaysia, the Seremban Parade and Endah Parade in the capacity of Main Works Contractor and Main Contractor respectively. We have also built the foundation and basement structure for both the Mahkota Parade and Berjaya Megamall. Depending on the needs we constantly strive to provide input into the development by providing alternatives, viable solutions to problems and co-ordination of the many trades responsible for the successful completion of works in an orderly and timely manner.
